Plan for today

Well I was bad again at the weekend, had a planned meal out with family and had more than one glass of wine.  It is evil but I love it 😉  Food wise I was pretty good but was definately over my syns!  So need to rein it back in a bit.  Went to the gym 4 times last week but not going today as my elbow is playing up a bit so going to give it another days rest, back tomorrow.

This is the planned food for today:

Breakfast:

2 slices of 400g loaf wholemeal bread – HEB

1 laughing cow light – HEA

Snack:

Free pate

3 ryvita – 4.5 sysn 😦

Lunch:

Tomato and herb pasta n sauce

1 laughing cow light – HEA

Snack:

Alpen light – 3 Syns

Dinner:

Chicken chow mein – Free

Syns for the day 7.5
