Week 2 weigh in

Well I went to fat class tonight, not sure what to expect but I lost 1 1/2 pounds.  Still not great but at least the scales are going down, albeit slowly.  I have been to the gym 3 times this week as well as last week and I am still not seeing great losses.  Will give it another week or so on EE and then maybe have to try green and red even though I am really enjoying EE.  Maybe slow losses are the sacrifice I will have to make in order to enjoy the diet, who knows??????
